Issue -- Everything went well till result came out. She came to know that her all activities has been registered on a wrong roll no.(53284). Now result is reflecting Mayuri Prajapati as absent in Economics (1), while degree college attendance record shows that she was present (we have copy of attendance sheet for the same). Now in marksheet, it shows 2 discrepencies--
1) It has wrong roll no. mentioned as 53284 .The correct one is 53285.
2) It shows that Mayuri was absent in Economics (1).
This is all which is creating a mess. Soon theres forms to be filled for next standard. She will fail to fill form as she do not have correct marksheet. And, obviously this is going to ruin her future. As stated above, her father has died long ago. Her only source of income to face this tough world is her only brother and tutions. I am sure you can realise financial status of this family. How much she can do to finalise this isuue, it is quite clear.
This is an honest request to look in to it and sort this out as soon as possible so that she can proceed for next level with a sense of urgency.
