I am getting Rs 1 charged for all the alert services of airtel live, which I have not at all requested. Kindly please deactivate the service soon and save me for my mobile charges consumption

From my MobileNo:9901502778. Please do the needful at the earliest.

we have been instructed by our nearest airtel service centre to send message to *646*602# to get the action to be taken place, but yet it has not happened and I am losing my money since two months.
