(i) 50 local SMS are free as per my plan. This benefit is not extended to me from last some months. Request to reverse.
(ii) Excess Rs 30 charged under on demand services without my consent. Requested to reverse and stop in future.
(iii) No response at customer services 121 and complaints not entertained at Airtel.in under my account ID.
