Not getting choice numbe

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently taken a new postpaid connection from your dealer Mr. Vinod at Aamby valley city near Lonawala (Maharastra). AT the time of boking your dealer told & promised me that i will got chice mobile number so I paid Rs.250/-deposite charges but he had not given me choice number. He register a self choiced number (9890104442). When i asked him about that he told me that you have to pay rs.1000/- as a extra charge for choice number. I requiest to you sir that either change my mobile no. or please disconnect my cell.
