Mobile connection of MTNL
Not geting bill of MTNL dolphin mobile no.9968293072

I have received bill of MTNL dolphin mobile No.9968293072 for the month of Oct., which last date was 24th November. Due to non payment in time late chagres Rs.10/- has charged. When I do not get the bill. How could I pay the payment in time. So late chages of Rs.10/- may be drop from my bill. In future please deaspatch the bill regularly and in time.
