Respected Sir,
This is Jaswanth kumar ch. and i am from Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. Sir on 10th March i purchased a mobile from "UNIVERCELL MOBILE SHOPE, RAJAHMUNDRY" at 8:30pm and they had issued me the Bill with Invoice No; P.A.RM/792. And i paid full amount with the sum of 1560/-.
I just carried to my home and when i am intended to use to mobile that mobile was not working and if i use to touch any key the mobile itself automatically swtiching off. Then Due to some family problems i hasnt carried that mobile to them next day.
But on 12th March i carried that mobile and i explained each and every thing to the Manager (Mahesh) and he look at that and he verified each and every thing and he said that it is having the manufacturing defect (Software Problem) he said that to make a call to him the next day that is 13th march. I made a call to them to know the statues and the Condition of the Mobile. But that manager answered me in harsh maner and more over he used the fillthy words in telephone conversation. On 14th March i went and met him and this time he said that he made the changes in software and he use to give that to me. Than i refused to take that mobile and i asked to replace that mobile. In that he behaved like any thing with out considering that i am disable man. Than i asked him very seriously than he said that he was the DOA form to replace the Mobile with new Mobile. Then he advised me to get that DOA form from the servicing center and i went to get that. They said that they wont give that DOA as that letter to be issued by the Univercell Showroom people only.
In this i lost a lot of valuble time and money in my travelling. At this moment that issued me the repairing form. But i left the moile in the Manger Hands and i am Back to my Home.
