i am a old customer of tata indicom .my cell no. is .9256448875 and my alternat number is 9217265427.today icalled customercare asking about new schemes at around 5.43 pm she. suggested me a recharge of rs.46 and told me that it contains 5 year validity and tarrif change in my phone .so i rechaged with rs.46 but i did nt get the told service.so i again called cust.care at 9.50 pm and told the whole matter the guy there put me hold for around half and hour saying that we are working to sort out this matter and after that disconncted the call. from then till now i am trying to call cust.care but it seems that my service to call customer care is disabled .this leads to waseage of my time moreover harassment tome by customercare cell. hope you will look into matter and take strict stepas against culprits.my ph. no throug which i made a call at 9.50 pm is 9256448875 and my phone no on which i recharged rs. 46 is 9217265427.

rs 46 is a small amt .but i want strict action against the team leader who put me on hold for half an hour and later rudely idsconnected phone.
