Touch screen cracked with in a month

Sir,

I have purchased a fly mobile phone model SX210 on 15.7.2008 from HotSpot, Sec-8, R.K. Puram, Delhi. Firstly, the behaviour of the salesmen at the store is not enough good to purchase an item from them. They are rude and have lack of zeal to show the models asked by the customer.

However, mine main complaint is that with in a month of purchasing the above said fly SX210 mobile; the touch screen of the mobile got cracked. The more problem is that the Tel. nos. of service centers given in the manual are also not working are not responding.

I felt that the HotSpot is selling the fly mobiles without knowing that the company is not giving proper after sale service. Forget the service, even they are not picking up their phones. HotSpot should stop the sale of the product of such company.

I request you to guide the HotSpot & fly mobile people to take care of the greivences of the customers.
