Its been 6 days and there is no response. They tell that there is no stock and they have ordered for it. Since i don't have a spare mobile its been a pain to me handle my day to day life. Other Companies like Nokia do provide the replacement set but the centre has refused to do that. When i tried to call at the toll free number 39011111, executive misbehaved and disconnected my call. THey should be taught some customer service in their trainings.
It would be great if you consider my request and do the needful.
