I had an Corporate Postpaid Airtel connection on the name of Monika Rajpal number being 9810478810.

Bills were not as per commitment given to me and therefore i had filled number of complaints with airtel customer care department on which they did not responded at all.
When i tried to confirm the status of requests/complaints i was being told there is no such requests filed on your number.
Now as in the month of November i stopped using that number and did not pay the bill because of wrong charges added; i was given a call by custumer care (Airtel) saying that the wrong charges would be waived off and the balance will be sent to you in the same bill format sheet but till now i have not received any such thing.
And now i and my relatives/ Friends (whose number were dialed from my no.) are being humiliated and misbehaved many number of times. They have been clearly threatened for no reason at all.
This is to request you to kindly take some bold action or else i might have to file a case on this unbearable behavior in consumer court.
