All (mostly) the recharge shops in andhra pradesh which sells recharge cards for all mobiles are charging 1 rupee extra for every recharge.
For Rs. 10 they are charging Rs. 11.
Though the company is not giving the entire talk time for the recharge, then why the shops are charging high?
