MOBILE "SPICE 707"
Poor Product Quality. Could not stand Summer Heat Stroke

I have Purchased a SPICE 707 Mobile in Sep' from a retailer in KOTA, Rajasthan.

I have a very typical problem of LCD Screen DISTORTION in my Spice 707 Set and the same is covered in 1 Year Warranty and is valid upto Sep’09.

When I approached the Company Service Center at Kota, I was told by service center executive, that the screen is damaged due to falling of set, in-fact the problem has occurred due to High Ambient Temperature conditions of 46 Degree C at Kota in Rajasthan.

The set is in use and is giving Distorted Figures. I know the fact that, the company executive has taken a decision to save their face, which is unjustified. What we say is not important to them and Warranty is breached.

I wish to imply that if the SPICE set is not able to bear extreme temperature conditions > 46Degree C then be careful and take precautions before buying one.

Kindly advice me, How to get my set repaired in warranty?
