Didn't got sennheiser bluetooth headset (free) with Nokia 5800

Hi,

I purchased NOKIA 5800 music edition mobile phone from "The Mobile Store" (Address:- Plot #118, Ground Floor, 80 Ft Road, Koramangala Indl Area, Koramangala, Bengaluru - 080 64529778)

Vendors in the store told me that soon I will be getting a sennheiser bluetooth headset free with the phone as They were having a lack of stock.

They wrote same on the bill with their stamp.

Now they are saying that It was a mistake from their side and they cannot give me the above stated headset!!!

Please look into it ASAP, or wait for my notice in hard copy!
