I have purchased a Samsung Touch Wiz F480 (IMEI - 354926035816329) on 27th July from Mobile Store Surya Plaza M2K Rohini.
Under the assured gift scheme i scratched the form in which i won the Reebok T-shirt. As per the guidelines i posted all the required documents to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., D-160, LGF, Sector-26, Noida01 through post.
Maximum wait time on the form is mentioned as 6 weeks. 6 weeks have passed by and i haven’t received our gift yet.
Contact with customercare executive (Sachin) and reply from him is that your details are not on our system. Hence we are helpless.
Why not they accept the duplicate documents (copies of all documents).
Is the scheme fraud? We shoud take up with the consumer court.
