Demat A/c with HDFC

I have Demat A/c with HDFC. Due to Non submission of PAN card details i was not able to access my A/c.

The same i submitted 1 week back. But still its not updated in my Demat A/c. If i call HDFC bank also i am not getting any response. When i contact HDFC Bangalore they are telling my Demat A/c is closed. But without my knowledge how they can close my Demat A/c. For each and everthing they are asking as to come directly to HDFC bank. But How they can close my Demat A/c without my Confirmation, I paid full money for opening my Demat A/c and i paid for NSE Membership also. Kindly help me to reactivate my Demat A/c.
