I had purchased a insurance policy in the name of Mrs. Hemalatha. V.Shetty a year back . unfortunately, she expired 6 months back and i had submitted the papers for the death benefit claim since then. But there is no official response to my claim. hopeing to get your response at the earliest. thank you
