On 18/08/09, I've sent an Money Order of amount 1500 to my father Mr. Mustafa, Asansol, West Bengal, from 'Old Govind Pura Post Office, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051' having MOPNR:- 029120090818000153.
The above MO has not been received at the destination even after one month. We enquired several times to the above Post office, but they are not responding properly. On 08/09/09, I have submitted a written complaint to the Post Master of the above post office, but yet to receive any positive response from their end.
Hence, I request to please forward this to concerned department for necessary and immediate action.
