Theft of Cable connection more than 3 years

One of my neighbour have been using (un officialy) your cable connection directly (from front piller connection point) more than 3years. wheras, I have been giving Rs.260/Pm towards your connection for T.V signal. I may intimate the name of the person and his address If, my name wiil be kept secret in futute. If it feel necessary than mail me to my email ID, [email protected]
