It has been unfortunate that you have received a pack where you have received one peice short and also a foil wherein there was condom at all.
In fact these instances are very rare but we take every care to ensure that these problems do not arise. We have reported the matter to the Factory and based on the Batch no. of the pack we have taken up with the Packaging Deptt to address the problem.
In the meanwhile we would like to give you a fresh pack of MOODS 10's pack but would like to know as to where to send / deliver. If you could give us the address we shall do the needful immediately.
