Hi, I'm a furstated customer of ur product.
I bought a Moser baer UPS from authorise dealer for Moser baer

Invoice no 3765, Dated-27th Oct'2008.
Model no. MBI UPS A600.
I purchased at after dealer commited for it will give u backup of 2hrs.
but when i start using it.from very first day i observed that it will not giving me backup enen for a min.
When visited again place where i purchesd it.
I have been treated very bad by dealer.
He is very rude with customer.
he said i will give only 1 min. backup & he is not responseble for that. they salling Moser Baer prodct not resposeble for it quality & performance.
i have very bad experince with Moser baer.
Even i don't know where i suppose to go with my complaint.
what shoud i have to do?
Should i never purchased again Moser baer product, even not sugges other to buy Moser baer product.
