SUB: RESOLUTION OF DEFECTS IN COMPUTER HARDWARES

Dear Sir,
I have purchased the Desktop with Intel P4 Processor having Intel 945 Mother Board with all accessories and hardware and software as per your Invoice No 872 of Book No 9 dated 08.12.2007.
As per personal discussion and hardware industry system, you are suppose the give me one year warranty and replace all or any of the parts which are not working properly.
Till July your computer was working satisfactorily and suddenly started giving problems and getting suddenly off position. Immediately we called on you to get the system repaired / to put to the order around 15.07.2008. Your technical people came to our home and tried to repair the same but could not do it property. According to your instructions, the system was shifted to your premises for further necessary repairs and it was lying at your premises for a period of nearly 3 to 4 months period without any intimation to us.
Whenever we have contacted your office, we got the reply that the work in under progress and will put back the system at your premises shortly. It was informed to us that the Mother Board of the system was faulty and the same has been sent to INTEL company for repair / replacement. But to our surprise lastly we have been informed that the Mother Board is not faulty, but the same has been damaged due to the power supply to our premises and the same does not covered under the Warranty conditions.
We are shocked to hear the said reply as the system was perfectly working for a period of 7 months time and all other neighbourhood premises all other computers are working in proper conditions. We do not find any problem of Power supply in other power driven electronic devices in our premises and thus the reason of Power Supply can not be sustained.
Worst come to worst, if the reason is power supply also, your Parts should match the Indian conditions and you are suppose the replace the mother board and make the desktop in working conditions.
We are not at all satisfied with the system you are working and now denying to replace the defective parts of our system. We would like to know the process / procedure / steps taken by you for repair / replacement with INTEL company.
We hereby give you the NOTICE to replace / repair the defective parts within a period of 15 days time from the receipt of this notice and put the system in working conditions otherwise we will be forced to take legal course of action against you.
