I have been using mother dairy full cream milk since last many years and the cream has always been so thick that I never purchased ghee from the market. I have always prepared ghee out of the cream accumulated over a few days. But since last 5 months, the quality of milk is so poor that there is cream as thin as paper and I am buying ghee as well. What's the point left in buying whole milk? If the quality of the milk is not improved, I am afraid that I shall have to switch to some other brand.
