I have purchased moto E6 on 21.8.2008 from Coimbatore, Tamil nadu bill no. INV/9309/svr thru Subhiksha mobiles.
There was no problem till yesterday 11.00 a.m. and evening it was found totally dead condition.
I try to charge the same and found no use.
Today (17.08.2009) the same was handover to your authorised service centre (Vinayaka Communication, 49/62A, 7th street, Tatabad, Coimbatore-12 Phone: 0422-4374959) and they informed me by evening around 7.00p.m that display has to be changed also inform me that water has entered into the phone. I informed that there is no such chance.
Since under warranty period i request tham to change the display, but he refused and ask me to pay charge of Rs.2500/- for changing and servicing.
Kindly look in to matter very seriously and do the needful and inform your authorised service centre M/s. Vinayaka Communication and do the needful.
Hope your advice service centre. Awaiting your earliest reply.
