Dear Sir,

It's very sorry to say you that am using Motorola cell phone for last time and also advice others not to buy as well. Following are the reasons :

1) So many problems in phone with a year and 2/3 months

2) Poor customer service at your Gurgain servive station

3) No reponse through phone call at service station 0124-4015534

4) Delay in handover. Committed :18/10/07.Till the dt. 28/10/07 not received.

I would suggest you to enquire in details and improve your after sales service ti get the customer satisfaction.
