Pathetic service, faulty handsets

It is here by to inform you that i have a NoKIA set model no. 2255 CDMA.

& i had purchased on dated 21st August and the manufacturing date of

the same set is May. I just want to say you that there is nothing right

about the set. I have faced a lots of problem regarding the set in its short

span of time which is of only 13-14 months. Apart from this i have NokIa BL-5C

battery. I have filled complaint against this two months before but the battery

has not replaced yet. Now these are the following difficulties which have been

faced regarding your CDMA set:

1. First problem was occoured in between the 6 months of purchasing the mobile.

At that time my set was completely switched off. I don't know for what reason.

This problem had solved b'coz of warranty period i had admited my Cell Phone to

Nokia Care center for 3 weeks. & have't provided any replacement for my regular

useges. Now after

2. Second problem is comes with in 2 months just after my cell phone service

the problem comes again that Display of my set are comletely fade only faded. Colour's

were shown DULL also the lights of the Keypads are Fuse. Now there is nothing shown in the key pad

3. Third one is that the quality of the Sound has complitely poor. Some

times we recd. the call we have not heard any voice from caller.

4. Fourth problem is that the my cell phone has automaticaly switch off

& switch on some times.

5. Fivth one is that at the time of charging for just 10-15 min handset has

Completed heatup & likly it has BLAST at any time & for that reason

i am not able to use my phone long time in a Day.

&-- All the problem has comes just after completion of warrenty period

although one complete service had done in the warrenty period

&-- I just want to inform you that this in my only First cell phone which

was purchased by me only for Brand Loyelty of Cell phone company in India.

But my Judgement was completly Wrong. Now i m totally fedup with Named

NOKIA i don't want to buy any cell phone named NOKIA in future.

&-- Now i just want to tell you that i don't want to use this cell phone

i want compensate for that. If you could then ok & if you have not any

reason to compensate then you have to compensate through CONSUMER COURT

B'coz i had spend Rs 5000/- for that it has nothin valus for Money for me.
