Internet Facility on Mobile

I have stared Internet faclity on my moblie & Airtel deducted money for this facilty but i m still not able to start internet on my mobile.

i approached to Customer care & they are giving some diffrnet no. to contact to GPRS team.

i have also got message to call on 198 but when i try on this no this is not valid no.

I think i have to stop this facilty on my mobile & also i want to stop connection of Airtel.

i hope any one can help me for this issue.
