VERY POOR SUPPORT

Hi

I am Shekhar Birari from mumbai, I am using MOTOROKR E6 Handset having sidelock key problem.

My Handset IMEI No-354524010365634, MSN No-F53KLHD29NP

I got authorised Service center No from Motoassist toll free no. Authorised service center name Siddhivinayak teleservices Mira Road (Near Mumbai) Ph-(022) 32100600 / 9322039161). I have given Handset repairs on

Handset is out of Warranty So your service center told me Since its paidjob, He has refused to give me Jobsheet/Workorder No.(He has Given meaknowledgment With Stamp & Signeture without any Ref Nos) Which is attached with this mail. Then They sent Handset to Chennai Repair center for L3 Service. AS per their Engineer (Mr. Nilesh Nalawade) Cost was

Rs.1500.I told him that its too high for key repairs, So I have asked him for

Revised Quotation from Chennai once again.

I have been followup with them for 15-20 days for revised quotation. But They

have not replied at all.

Today I have called on 9322039161 his boss picked up the phone & He told me

total Cost for Repairs is Rs.

9, 000.Its due to Handset Board is damaged due to Water. I got shocked when I

heard his statement.

This problem was not at all told by Mr. Nilesh when I have called Mr. Nilesh for quoattion???

There are 2 different statements from same service center personals. Whom to trust??

I got Handset without L3 Service & Repairs.
