Hand set not working

I brought my motorola handset from nearby telecom shop in october.i have problem with its charger aftr 2 months but that was replaced by service centr.now i have problem in sending messages.so i went to motorola care where i told to wait for 1 week.now after 1 week when i contacted them they r saying that my phone is not repaired yet.
