I am Mr. Anand Kumar living in mandawali delhi-92, have bought a motorola mobile phone whose model Motow181 Licorice with IMEI 359223014824952 on dated 2/11 from the mobile shope namely Mobile Adda located at R-53, vikash marg laxmi nagar new Delhi. Today when i was opreting my mobile it got some problem the sms was not in the written word but it was an empty message When I restart the phone the probelem remain same. So that i visited to nearest motorola service center. They did't accept the mobile by saying that" IT IS TEMPERED & W.D.S.STICKER IS MISSING" . and said your warranty has been withdrawn. Hence please kindely help me in this matter.
