Statement Date 10/10

Amount Paid INR 3412/- as per statement dated 11/08 to 10/09 received on 13/09/08.

Details of payment: Paid vide Central Bank of India, Borivali (W) branch.

Drop Box details: Petrol pump, Daulat railway crossing, Borivali (W). Dropped personally.

Discrepancy Late Fee on 05-Oct-08

Amount INR 511.80 Service Tax 63.25.

Request for the reversal, made on 18th-Oct on the day of receipt of the statement. Subsequently made payment of

INR 6824/-vide cheque No461279 dated 20/10/08 in another SKYPACK drop box situated at Mahindra Kotak office, Victory Park, Roshan Nagar Road, Borivali (W).

I cannot afford to pay late fee and penal charges for no fault of mine. Under the circumstances i will not be left out with no other alternative but to ask for a preclosure of the EasyCash account at the earliest.
