Today morning you calle me to introduce rs.69 offer but i did not give any request to activate this offer but without my knowledge you activated this offer and deducted rs.69 from my account, regardung this i called customer care also but they are not responsible well (i called them 3 times, they ask me to call after some times) i am using this vodafone services around last 3 years, what responsible this?
so please deactivate that offer and put back my amount also
