i have purchased a motorola cellphone model> zn5, price> 17000rs in october after purchasing of 5 days it become imfunctional after that i submit it to a company auth service center they return it after a week saying that ur set have been exchanged by a new one but after that it shows some signs of error in june it again went wrong cause i lost my bill this time & the shop whom i have purchased the cell have been closed also so i ddnt getting service under warranty despite that i have agreed for paid service but the service center is telling me just talk to the company & the company is asking me to take my complaint number from service center & when i asked them for my complaint number they say that ur cell is out of warranty so u ddnt get any complaint number & when i ask all about this from the company given phone number then they say that u ddnt get a complain number but u will got a concerete assurance from the service center that ur cell will be repaired in which date & again when i asked the service center for service now they are not telling me that when will i got my service please sir help me in all this matte
