Within Warranty A810 mobile not being repaired

Hi,

I purchased one motorola A810 mobile phone some months back, but soon it started giving the display and camera problem. I took this phone to the e-Sagar Techonologies, Indiranagar branch, Bangalore for the repair. They said they will return it back within 2 weeks, but now its over 2 months and they are not returning the phone back. They keep saying the parts have not come yet from chennai. I kept calling them every week but it seems they are not in mood to repair my phone.

I am also thinking for registering a police complaint and going to consumer court, I they did not respond to this forum.

If such is the suituation for the servicing in motorola, I request all of you not to buy motorola phone.
