I had one of the worst experiences when I gave my mobile for repair at the Motorola Autorised service center in Hyderabad. They took more than 10 days to attend to the problem. When I got fed up of following up with them for the mobile, I asked them to give it back without repairing it. They intially gave me some other mobile and asked me to pay Rs. 1800 as repair charges!!!
When I got angry and shouted at him, his senior came and he said he cannot give me the mobile because he does not have and it and said that he will give it the next day... After such a harrowing experience I got my mobile back!!!
After such a harrowing experience I realised that a mobile is only worth the customer service it gets!!!
