Unfortunatly i bought a Motorola Razr2 V8 mobile tih @gb of memory space on Jan the software got currupted so i went to the lajpat nagar service centre for its repair on 2nd July. I thought the phone will be repaired in just two days as it was just a software problem but the system of the service centre was not working fine so they sent the device to the main servise sentre as they told me and after about 2 weeks later i got an information that my phone in water logged and it was out of serive but there is a sticker inside the device which turns red if the device is water logged but it was still white so there was no chance of its getting water logged so they repaired it but they put billions of scratches on the body of it so i had to fight with them for it now the condition is that it has been a month my phone is in very bad condition and the outer touch keys dont work and the screen has lots of scratches and nobody not even the head office is cooperating nor the service centre and nobody pick's up the phone and i feel like throwing the phone on the wall, they are providing such a bad service which is like pathetic
