Motorola E6
Not working properly

My name is mohan bhandari I m frm dehradun i purchased this motoRokr E6 14april 08, but in June there is problem in the set. The problem is when i switch off the phone, the cant open next time and the lock symbol shown on the phone. I have already given 3 times in the Motorola service centre in dehradun (Redington India limited) but they gave me certain reasons:-

1.) There is some sofware problem

2.)Second time there is some lock problem

3.)Same lock not work properly

Kindly take the matter in serious other wise i m very fed up now
