I have bought Motorola E6 in 15 feb, from gurgaon.
after 2-3 month the set start creating problem & till 30 of augest i have to visit more then ten time to customer care as there is three time problem in the set, in those three time two time they has changed the Touch screen one time mother Board & i have lost all my contacts detail in that set. At last i ask them to either replace the set or refund my mony. i called up several time motorola customer care & mailed them sevral time but there is no positive response.
i was wondring that y i have bought motorola set by spending 11000 rs. just to truble me or fustrate me or to facilitate me. but bye this experince i can just say that i have bought headache for me bye paying 11000 rs.
would u please make sure that either i should get the replacement or refund.
