Dear Sir,

The above handset was bought from SARAVANA STORES, T.Nagar, Chennai, on 06.10.09, bearing IME No.356900-01-224388-8 and the same is under warranty. Due to frequent blank display performance, the handset was first serviced vide WO No.9319 dated 3.11.09 by Service Centre in Delhi Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II. On repeat of blank display of the set was surrendered again for service on 14.11.09 vide WO No.9547. It transpired on eqnuiry that the set's mother-board needs to be changed. I would like to have my handset and realise its value for money at an early date. Kindly do the needful. Thanking you,
