This is to inform you that I have not recieved any call from ur side till now. I had visited the motorola centre myself on 23/03 and I have been told that I will be getting my handset back on 3/04. Is this the kind of service for which Motorola is known for??? Should the TAT for a mobile phone repair be 34 days??? Can you understand the kind of problems and business loss I am suffering because I am not having any contact numbers with me??? I am very sorry to say that this is the worst example of after sales service. I dont want to take any harsh step, else this mail would have been gone somewhere else also, so pls dont force me to do so. Pls arrange for a new handset for me in case the old one is not getting repaired quickly, as that handset is only two months old. Waiting for a promt reply

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you about the poor service of Redington linked to Motorola service centre in Uphaar Cinema Complex, Green Park, New Delhi. I had given my handset Motorola EM30 on 28/02 (work order number: 15651). But inspite of all my requestes, I have still not been given my handset back after repairing. I have to listen to lame excuses that it has gone for L3 and you will get it in 2 days. Those two days have not come since last week.
