I purchased a Motorola L7c mobile 2 months ago. The line disconnects seconds after a call is received. Motorola at Fort unable to solve the problem and Opera House showroom indicated a “hardware issue” to be checked at their Andheri-Kurla centre, miles away.

Tel nos. (55912506/ 07) of their head office in New Mumbai do not exist. No reply to an email sent to [email protected]. No response after contacting the right office. On somehow contacting the right office somehow, nothing yet done.

It is my hope that persons wanting to buy a Motorola mobile think ten times and then not buy it.
