I purchased a Motorola L9 handset in April '08. It is still in warranty period. But till date I have been suffered a lot for this handset. It has already been repaired 2/3 times. But still it is creating problem. The service centres are not helpful atall. Those people always ignored the customers. I stay in Kolkata. I wrote so many emails to the service centres. But they did not pay any attention.
