Poor Custmer Servcie even if the product is under warrenty
Really. I am getting irrited from motorolla service,
I bought one motorola A-1600 (Black) set on 09/11/08. It started problem within 15 days after the purchase. So i contact the retailer.he advised me to contact authorised service center.then i deposited the handset to Redington India P Ltd, service center, S-3, green park extension, near uphar cinema and work order no. is - 12389 dated 9.12.08. but till today it cannot be repaired.whenever i contact the service center they tell to contact after one week.now it is more than 30 days since i deposited the handset at the service center. They are saying that they have sent the mobile in the company but still the results are unsatisfactory. I am facing a lot of problems and if you are not able to solve my problem then what is the use of service centre?
it cannot be repaired.they neither repair it nor return the handset to me.
so please help me if you can. Can Motorola let me know why things are so bad that under WARRANTY also no action is being taken. Plz rectify the problem as soon as possible and if u can't solve the problem change this phone with a new one otherwise i 'll take some legal action against the company in consumer court
Seeing the poor customer care its sure I will not buy any Motorola Handset in future and also recommend other NOT to BUY MOTOROLA HAND SET
