I HAD PURCHASED MOTOROLA W 375 MODEL MOBILE PHONE ON 01 MAR THROUGH VIJAY CELL SHOPPEE, VISAKHAPATNAM. WITHIN SIX MONTHS THERE WAS A CONSTANT BEEP SOUND AND THE BATTERY GOT CHANGED.NOW FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS THE PHONE
IS NOT WORKING AND THE DISPLAY SHOWS INVALID SIM.
WHEN THE PHONE WAS GIVEN TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE IN VIZAG VIZ
SAI TECHNOLOGIES, DWARAKANAGAR, VISAKAPATNAM, INDIA, I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE MOTHER BOARD AND IT REQUIRES A CHANGE AT A COST OF RS 1900.
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND AS TO HOW A MOBILE OF A REPUTED MANUFACTURER SUCH AS MOTOROLA COULD BECOME A JUNK IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS. IF I HAVE TO SHELL OUT RS 1900 FOR CHANGE OF MOTHER BOARD WHY THE HELL I SHOULD CONTINUE WITH MOTOROLA .I DO NOT GET ANY LOYALTY BONUS FROM THE COMPANY. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE ADVISE ME.
