Motorola with 2000 minutes free
Alert in call problem

Sir, i have the mobile of 2000 minutes outgoing call free from tata to tata & 2 year incomming facility.

sir, when any call come on the mobile, no sound is there but call is running.

sir, i have set down all the settings but their is same problem.

only vibration alert in call setting is working.

so, please help me to troubleshoot this problem
