Motorola/ZN200(motoyuva)
Problem when switch on and keypad not working

Respected sir,

I am C.Angurajan from Trichy, I Bought a motorolo hand set (ZN 200 Moto yuva) from Univercell trichy on 22.12.2008 .With in 4 months i face a problem with my mobile. The problem is NO PROPER SWITCH ON & KEYPAD NOT WORKING, then i handover my mobile to the authorised motorolo service center trichy Redington India private limited on 27.04.2009 . They told me that the keypad board problem and they are asking service charge for this problem. For the past 4 years i am using your products but this is the first time i face a problem like this, So Please kindly do the need ful, i expect your earliest reply.

: Note: herewith I attached the Hand set Bill which is bought from Univercell & the customer recipt which is given from Redington trichy.
