Sir, I want to lodge my complaint about this unscrupulous, fraud, gas agency named M.P Gas Services who are distributors of Bharat gas. Since the time I opted for this agency Iam facing trouble every month.
They donot pick up the phone when we call them for booking. It takes at least 30 calls before i can book my cylinder. After booking it takes more than 15 days for the gas to be delivered. When the vendor comes for delivery he demands 50 rupees extra. I am fedup with this agent. Please show me some way out of this
