Unnecessary charges

Sir,

I have Card holder for the past 3 years Now I am not above to pay the amount becuase of unncessary charges in every month. I have a Rs.15000 due last one six month back now I got your bill around Rs.25000/- even thouh I have paid approximaely Rs.1200 every month. And aslo agencies disturbing in my working places it is most distabace in my office.
