Exces charging by conducto

Dear Sir;

I am a regular traveller on BEST, from Kalina Bus stop to Kurla Depot. I am charged Rs 7/- for the travel distance by all the conductors. On 1st June I took bus route number 91, with registration number of the bus MH01-8905 from kalina.

the conductor issued me a ticket of Rs 10/- to travel from Kalina to Kurla depot. the details are as under

ticket no:0312142611 date 1/06 time 08:41:12 conductors number 7749.

I informed the conductor, that I am a regular traveller, and I pay rs 7/- but he refused to accept, insulting me infront of the co-passengers, and said I will charge as per my ticket vending machine.

I request Mumbai mirror to publish this cheating of BEST Undertaking in MUMBAI MIRROR. Inspite of raising the fare by 50% BEST have started cheating its customers
