Dear Sir,
We have been informed that MCGM has declared Pay & Park area in front of Tanishka Commercial Premises Co-Operative Society Limited and appointed a contractor Mr. Bhupendra for collection of fees against vehicles parked in front of the premises.
We would like to bring it to your notice that we have taken over the management of the society since January and till date we have not received any correspondence from MCGM regarding the declaration of Pay & Park area in front of the society premises nor the said contractor is producing any documentary proof of allotment of pay & park contract to him and has been continuing to collect the fees for the vehicles parked in front of our premises since January.
The parking contractor has not clearly demarcated the area allotted to him for parking and in the process has been parking vehicles in front of our entry gate and entrance to the building. This is preventing free access to our vehicles in to the society parking area and at the same time preventing free entry of Owners / Occupants / Visitors to the building there by causing great inconvenience to the Owners / Occupants / Visitors. There has been a regular argument between said contractor and Owners / Occupants / Visitors, in the past three months on the above issues and we have received several complaints from society members to take up the issue with MCGM.
We have tried to resolve the issue amicably, which has not yielded any results as the said contractor is not keen to discuss and has been challenging us to take required actions through proper channel.
We kindly request you to look into the matter and initiate necessary action and stop the contractor from continuing with such acts & deeds that causeinconvenience to the SocietyMembers / Occupants / Visitors.
Yesterday (23.03.2012) we have made a complaint to Inspector of Police Samta Nagar Kandivali (East) & submitting letter to MCGM on Monday 26.03.2012.
