NON DELIVERY OF PARCEL

An important parcel was couriered on 19th March from Ahmedabad to be delivered at Pune by OVERNITE EXPERSS LIMITED.

AWB NO : 7773503102

This courier is not delivered till date. The online tracking system shows "Out For Delivery" since 22nd March.

Whenever I call the Pune branch, they assure me a callback with the details but never callback. If I call from the same number I had called previously, either the call gets disconnected, or else is not answered.

I also called their Head Office at Delhi who put my call on hold, called the Pune office from another line and asked them to resolve the issue, but in vain.

Please provide resolution.
